By accessing and using the website and services of Ceyrox ("we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

Ceyrox provides digital design, web development, and software engineering services. All project timelines, deliverables, and fees will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project proposal agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of any work.

Upon full payment for our services, all final deliverables created specifically for the client become the property of the client. However, Ceyrox retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, website, and promotional materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or specific arrangement states otherwise. Pre-existing codebases, libraries, or frameworks used during development remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

Payments for services must be made in accordance with the schedule specified in the project proposal or invoice. We typically require an initial deposit before work commences. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services or withholding of final deliverables.

Ceyrox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services or the final delivered products.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website and our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
